"Having spent the previous evening in the cinema, I did make it across town to see a brilliantly eccentric performance by Denmark's Goodiepal, now resident in the Faroe Islands, which saw the artist producing various model planets and musical instruments on a table, arranging them in different alignments as if playing a game of cosmic chess or solitaire, and whistling to the intrigued audience. Of all the concerts over the weekend, especially notable for the burgeoning wealth of Finnish talent, this was perhaps the strangest, occurring, like much of Avanto, somewhere in the lines drawn between different media."
