The Leo Bugariloves (L-R: Läjä Äijälä, Pupu Lihavisto)

"Of all the performances at this year's Avanto The Leo Bugariloves was
formally closest to traditional music, but still oh so far from it. Keyboard
player Pupu Lihavisto embraced kitschy sounds in a style reminiscent of Aavikko,
but with considerably less taste. Ruki Vehr had problems with his guitar, but
when it was audible his angular & unpolished playing created the missing link
between Läjä's harsh vocal delivery and Lihavisto's trashy soundscapes."
